About Me
Identities are complicated. Despite the title that comes with the work I love to do, I also identify as a dreamer of dreams, a storyteller, and occasionally an artist. It’s easy to describe ourselves with a title indicating how we pay the bills, but I’m much more than that, and so are you.
Our passions help define us, but juggling responsibilities while advocating for our own happiness isn’t easy. Maybe you're the hero of your own story struggling to find the narrative, or are afraid of where the next act should take you. Whether you're battling interpersonal or inner conflicts, anxiety, depression, feelings of doubt, or just feeling stuck, you deserve a space to examine your frustrations, rekindle your passions, forge your strengths, and claim your identity and your story as your own.
Advocacy
I answered the call to empower individuals through the gift of therapy a little later in my own journey, but my passion for social and systemic equality, equity, and justice has been with me through most of my life.
Like activism, effective change often begins at the source. By bravely facing and addressing our individual trauma while also honoring our uniqueness, empowerment often ripples outward. Because of this, I strongly believe in celebrating and championing diversity and sex positivity; doing so not only begets the best version of ourselves and our relationships, but aids in strengthening our communities as well.
