Join Chicago Therapy Working Group
Chicago Therapy Working Group is a small but growing private practice, and we are looking to add a few motivated clinicians. Our business model is built around offering fair compensation, continuing professional guidance and growth, and a healthy work/life balance. If that sounds reasonable and interesting, we’d love to talk further.
If you’re just beginning your career journey, we offer a promise: we will show you everything you need to set up your own practice once you’re fully licensed. If or when the time comes for you to go out on your own, we will help you establish your PLLC, get empaneled with insurance providers, and transition your clients.
If you’re further on in your career and feeling burned out, exploited, unappreciated, and/or underpaid, we can help transition you out and into a workplace which tries to give much and ask little, instead of the other way around.

We operate under a business philosophy called Servant Leadership or Empowerment Leadership. Our goal is to empower you in your work with clients, pay you as much as possible, and help you achieve a reasonable work / life balance. Other than that, we work to respond to what you ask for and need, rather than dictating your schedule, caseload, or theoretical orientation.
Your ability to show up for clients is directly predicated on your ability to show up for yourself, and at CTWG we believe strongly that good therapy can only come from clinicians who feel empowered, taken care of, and able to focus on the work in the room. If this resonates with you, let’s talk more.
