About Me
Change can feel scary and overwhelming, but it can also be a source of empowerment and courage. When we embrace change, we often let go of something significant: a person, a routine, a relationship, a job, a behavior, or a lifestyle. It’s important to allow ourselves the space to grieve these losses, accept our new realities, and prepare for what lies ahead.
One of the bravest steps you can take is to understand your own story. I offer a calm and curious perspective that highlights your strengths, supports you through challenges, and celebrates your progress. Together, we can empower you to embark on the next chapter of your life. I look forward to seeing you take healthy risks with confidence, connect with yourself and others in meaningful ways, and embrace the excitement of what comes next on your journey.
I work with individuals of all ages and have experience with substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. I’m particularly interested in how past traumas influence our current behaviors and in exploring what brings meaning and purpose to your life. Most importantly, I want to learn about you and how I can support you in achieving your therapy goals.
No matter where you are today or what brings you to therapy, you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s discuss how I can help you feel more like yourself as you navigate the path ahead.
